        Shenzhen Leaguer Tsing-Yuan Venture Capital Management Co., Ltd (“Tsing-Yuan Capital” for short) is an independently-established venture capital fund manager founded by the original investment management team of Shenzhen Leaguer Venture Capital Co., Ltd. under the Research Institute of Tsinghua University in Shenzhen through overall restructuring. Currently, the scale of funds under its management has exceeded RMB 7 billion.

        The core team of Tsing-Yuan Capital is inextricably linked to Tsinghua University in origin. Ever since 1999, it has started to focus on the investment in technical and early & middle stages of projects. It is one of the earliest professional management teams in China excelling at the investment in technical and early & middle stages of projects in China. 

        The team has cumulatively invested in over 200 companies in such fields as the broad-sense IT, advanced manufacturing, medical health, and cleaning technology. Among the invested projects, 27 companies have successfully got listed in the stock market. The company has exited over 100 projects with an annual internal yield of over 30%. 

        Tsing-Yuan Capital is headquartered in Shenzhen with branch offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Changzhou, Wuxi and Suzhou. Specialized teams have been built in each city respectively to explore and assess projects and provide value-added services to invested companies. 

        In December 2015, Tsing-Yuan Capital got listed in NEEQ. Stock Code: 835075.

        From 2010 to 2017, Tsing-Yuan Capital was successively selected as Zero2IPO Group’s “Top 50 Domestic VC Firms” for eight consecutive years. In 2016 and 2017, it ranked 33rd and 30th respectively in “Top 100 VC Firms in China”. In 2018, it was selected as China Venture Investment Group’s “Top 100 Domestic VC Firms”. In 2019, it ranked 37rd in China Venture Investment Group’s “China’s Top 50 VC Firms”.

        Successful cases of Tsing-Yuan Capital fall into two categories: listed exit projects such as Silver Basis (002786), Techand (300197), Highlander (300065), Sumavision (300079), JPT (688025) and United Winners (688518) as well as merger & acquisition exit projects such as TSSX (acquired by Microsoft), Star Light (acquired by Beijing Capital Group), Huakang Quanjing (acquired by YF Capital), and Haoneng Technology (acquired by the listed company Kanhoo Industry).
